How to Open Kiia

1. Log in to your UnelmaPay account at unelmapay.com.np or open the UPay app.

2. Look for the Kiia button at the bottom-right corner of your screen. It's a small floating circle.

3. Tap the Kiia button to open the assistant panel.

4. You'll see a chat window with a "Tap to speak" button at the bottom.

How to Talk to Kiia

There are two ways to give Kiia a command:

 

Option 1: Speak (Recommended)

1. Tap the "Tap to speak" button (it looks like a microphone).

2. Speak your request clearly. For example: "What is my balance?"

3. Kiia will process your voice, show the response in the chat, and speak the answer back to you.

 

Option 2: Type

1. Tap the text input box at the bottom of the Kiia panel.

2. Type your request. For example: "recharge ncell 9812345678 with 100"

3. Press Enter or tap Send.

 

Tip: Speaking is faster and more natural. Just talk to Kiia like you'd talk to a friend!

1. Check Your Wallet Balance

Want to know how much money you have? Just ask.

In Nepali:

●      "मेरो ब्यालेन्स कति छ?"

3. Search for Domestic Flights

Planning a trip within Nepal? Ask Kiia to find flights for you — no need to open the flight page and fill out forms.

 

Try saying:

●      "Find flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara on March 15"

●      "Flight from Kathmandu to Bharatpur tomorrow"

●      "Search flights Kathmandu to Biratnagar on April 20"

 

What happens:

1. Kiia searches for available flights in real time.

2. She shows you a list of flights with airline name, departure time, arrival time, and price.

3. She also tells you the cheapest option out loud.

4. To book, just say "open flight page" and she'll take you there.
